I. PURPOSE

This Agreement establishes a private, binding, and irrevocable duty of confidentiality, non-circumvention, and record-based alignment between the Member and the above-listed Parties. It governs all information exchanged as part of the Estate Commerce & Trust Standing Program, which includes sacred administrative instruction, legal instruments, templates, and intellectual property. All communications, materials, access credentials, teachings, and internal processes are strictly protected under this agreement.

II. DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

“Confidential Information” includes but is not limited to:

• Templates, tools, codes, instruments, documents, communications, structures, and methodologies

• Portal access credentials, Member IDs, passwords, and program sequences

• All private teachings, internal discussions, or sacred contracts issued by Anu Mind, Rich Off Knowledge, or Fortune XI

• Any information disclosed verbally, digitally, or in print format that pertains to the Estate Commerce & Trust Standing Program All such information is considered private property, protected under trust law, ecclesiastical law, and commercial contract jurisdiction.

III. OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER

The Member agrees:

• Not to share, teach, duplicate, forward, or make use of any Confidential Information for personal or public benefit without express written permission from Anu Mind and Rich Off Knowledge

• Not to circumvent the process by recreating or offering similar services based on the protected materials

• Not to disclose the identities, experiences, or private records of any other Members within the system

• To treat all communications, methods, and documents as sealed and sacred

• To operate in full honor, equity, and private fiduciary alignment

IV. ROLE OF FORTUNE XI

Fortune XI National Operations Authority is a contracted administrative body appointed to oversee Member intake, NDA management, phase tracking, and secure execution of the estate commerce process. Fortune XI does not originate any of the process material but is granted lawful administrative authority by Anu Mind and Rich Off Knowledge.

V. TERM & SURVIVAL

This Agreement is perpetual and non-expiring, surviving all phases of the program, regardless of Member status, access level, or time elapsed. It may only be revoked by written agreement of both Anu Mind and Rich Off Knowledge.

VI. JURISDICTION & ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement is governed solely under:

• Private Ecclesiastical Law

• Private Trust Law

• Private Commercial Contract Principles It is not subject to any statutory, corporate, or public jurisdiction.

Breach of this Agreement constitutes:

• Trespass upon private property and sacred jurisdiction

• Breach of fiduciary trust and private contract

• Immediate grounds for expulsion and remedy by administrative claim, lien, or equitable enforcement

• Lawful claim to damages by the injured party(ies)

VII. SPIRITUAL GOVERNING SCRIPTURE

This process is guided by divine order, spiritual alignment, and sacred accountability. Every action taken is sealed under covenant, not commerce. Every record kept is a testimony of trust, not transaction.

VIII. EXECUTION

By signing below, the Member affirms full understanding, agreement, and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Member consents to be governed by the private jurisdiction, fiduciary structure, and ecclesiastical authority of the Estate Commerce & Trust Standing Program, administered by Fortune XI under appointment from Anu Mind and Rich Off Knowledge.
